Use the "Choose Upload File" button to locate the video file that you would like to upload.

Make any adjustments to the duration of the video by setting the in and out points with the controls shown below the video preview to the right. Then prepare the video for upload (also called transcoding the video) by clicking on the "Prepare Video for Upload" button .

Once the video preparation is completed, make sure you fill out the information for the video submittal, and click on the "Upload Video" button to begin the upload process.
