Yet the American Cancer Society has a place where cancer patients and their families can find help and hope when home is far away - an American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. Road to Recovery Qualified volunteers must have a valid drivers license and be willing to transport patients to and/or from treatment. Only Monday thru Friday various times available during business hours. If interested call us ( 800.ACS.2345 ), find the ACS office closest to you, and ask for the Road to Recovery Coordinator.
